There's never been a better time to buy a home. The selection is plentiful and currently with such a variety of funding and low interest rates last seen in 1971 the marketplace has never been more Buyer friendly.  We have Lenders we know who can help you get the most for your money - even with bruised credit.  There is money out there to purchase.

 Although the First Time Home Buyer tax credit has gone away there is still a special group of individuals who can take advantage.  Do you know anyone whose been serving in the military? Their home buyer credit has been extended until 2011. 

Selling a home?  Now is a good time as well, as there are Buyers ready, willing and able to purchase a home.  There's been an uptake in home sales this month vs. a year ago.  The key however appears to be pricing the home right at the start.
